Do these venues pass on fan mail?

I was wondering if anybody has received a via venue autograph/reply from any of the following venues?

-Empress Ballroom, Blackpool, UK
-Brighton Centre, Brighton, UK
-International Arena, Cardiff, UK
-Newcastle Metro Radio Arena, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK
-Bournemouth International Centre, Bournemouth, UK

I had written an email to Brighton Centre asking them whether they pass on fan mail and they replied saying they try and pass on fan mail if possible.
I suggest you try email the other venues, asking them whether they pass on fan mail :)
