Hello. I saw several feedbacks using the sesame street email feedback form on the PBS site. Those posts were locked, so I couldn't respond to one of them, but I had a question on how emailing Sesame Street worked. I wanted to get some autographs for my cousin. Should I email each character individually? It is not as clear as the Disney site that shows character fan mail. Also then it asks the Priority of your mail. The options are positive and neutral. Neutral it says is for requests, so I am assuming that is what you use. But I wasn't sure and was hoping someone who has had a Sesame Response will let me know what they did. Thanks so much ahead of time.
