If it is Andy Murry the UK tennis player, we do not yet have any successes listed on the forum.
I have located the website though for the Lawn Tennis Association, who should be able to pass any request onto Andy.

well i got hold of andy murrays agent via email and asking her if it was the correct address and she said it was! so ill be sending him a letter soon! thanks x x x

Apparently he has recently moved to this agent so if you write to here then you will hopefully be lucky and get one. Took about 2 weeks
