Brandon Lyon spring training?

Does anyone know if Brandon Lyon signs during spring training?
He's a new detroit Tiger and i'd love to get his sig.
i've seen one posted success back in 06 with the D-Backs during the season, but nothing for spring training.
anything would be nice.
