The last feedback from him was 2 years ago. I found this addresses and I was wondering what's the best address should I use? Talent agents? Manager? Publicist?

I might use the publicist address.

I wrote him a while back and I think I used the address on that site under fanmail. But I haven't gotten a responce so I doubt he replies TTM anymore.
