How do I know if my letter has been received and replied to yet? I'm still waiting on a response

I sent him a letter on November 20th, 2018 and I haven't gotten a response yet...I'm wondering if there is an email to find out how to contact him if my letter was received and when I can expect to hear from him? I'm not sure if I need to resend it. I also included money in the letter. Is there an email address to contact him or a way to find out if he can update this site to let people know if he has received recent fan mail? How do I know if he's gotten my letter yet?
