Collin Chou Email

Sorry if this is in the wrong board, I wasn't sure where to post. I was wondering if anyone has tried the Collin Chou email address on his own website recently? When I search on the database, there isn't feedback since 2006.
Also, if you send an email requesting an autograph, I assume the celebrity pays for the postage back to you?
Thanks for your help, it's just I've always sent a letter with SASE and I've never tried emailing a request!
