hi, it might sound a bit stupid i am going to send one to lost people but someone said honolulu is outside the u.s i live in the u.k do i put USA under the address or not?

Hawaii became the "State of Hawaii of the United States" in 1959.

It's flag still includes the British Union Flag (Union Jack) dating back to it's colonial roots and special friendship with Britain.
