-Steve Slaton (Texans)
-Brian Westbrook (Eagles)
-Reggie Wayne (Colts)
-Steve Smith (Panthers)
-Marques Colston (Saints)
-Hines Ward (Steelers)
-Adrian Peterson (Vikings)

Slaton and Ward are pretty good about signing through the stadium addresses, I havent had or seen any successes from the others.
