how do i send my letter/request to Robert Pattinson ?

hey . . . First of all , i live in Brunei Darussalam some where in south east asia . I want to send a letter/request to Robert Pattinson .
So , in your instructions are for us to use IRCs , can i just send a regular mail instead of IRCs or SAE ? (they might not be available here in our country)
