Louis Jourdan. Help.

Hi, I have written to Louis Jourdan twice over the last 12 months. Both times I have included my own photo, SASE and lonnnggg letter. I've still not had a reply and I noticed that the waiting time is usually not that long with Mr. Jourdan. Anyone offer any possible explaination?
