Has anyone gotten a signed playbill success or an autograph personalized by Denzel Washington via the Cort Theatre for the show "Fences" ?

I sent a sase and request for signed playbill months agao when the play opened. Nothing.
Is it usual for a play not to send out any playbills like that? This was my first playbill request I sent too.
