I had a success from him last June (he signed his greatest hits CD booklet for me) But I remember a post since then (sorry I don't have the details) that he is not currently signing TTM. I may be wrong and maybe if you try you might have success, but (in my opinion) it's a gamble. You may want to check feedback for him, if I remember right you should find the post about his not signing.
