Well try going on the arena's website and send an email asking if they pass on fanmail. Hope this helps

I hope I'm not too late with this: Selena Gomez doesn't answer fan mail vv (at least not at a concert). I don't know if it's because the place where she is performing doesn't pass on fanmail, or if she just never gets it. Sorry.
