Does anyone know if it is safe to send Tony LaRussa during the off season c/o the Cardinals? Thanks for the help in advanced.

I've gotten his autograph on a card two times before through the mail, but during the season. He lives in California during the offseason. My advice to you would be to wait until April.

Just wait a couple of weeks and send to him in Spring Training. He is typically a great signer from there.
