Conan's Reference To His Impersonation Of Jimmy Stewart

In the show tonight (Monday, August 8th, 2011) Conan made an impersonation and then quickly added that it sounded like a cross between Jimmy Stewart and a basset hound.
It seemed eerily similar to a movie I once watched which had the following scene:
