Snooki "Neon Entertainment" Address

Sent a SASE, LOR and 4 pics to this adress in august and still nothing! 
I called before I sent to make sure that they accepted fanmail and the lady said ABSOLUTELY YES and that Snooki always signs...
I called back earlier this month (october) to see if they had received my package and she said yes but wouldn't tell me anything more... Is this bad news?
Has anyone sent or had sucess with this adress? PLEASE let me know! THANKS!
