Sent an email to the Predators asking for a fan pack a few weeks back. Got an email today saying the would be "happy to send you a fan pack. Please enjoy the attached electronic version." Now, whether that means that, like the San Francisco Giants, their fan packs are electronic, or that they will be sending an actual fan pack in the mail and that this is there to hold me over, Im not entirely sure. I will post back on this post if after a few weeks I get one in the mail or not.

I just heard back from them the other day with this reply:

"Thank you for contacting the Nashville Predators!
Due to a high volume of requests, we do not mail out fan packs, but we are happy to provide you with an electronic version, which is attached to this email.
We appreciate your interest in the Predators and thank you for taking the time to write
Thank you for your support!
Nashville Predators Fan Relations"

Can you PM me with the email address or post it here? I'd kinda like to try them, 'cause I live about an hour and a half away from Nashville.
