Isabelle Fuhrman Failure???

Ok i sent to actress Isabelle Fuhrman on 9/24/11 its 11/20/11 today and still no response.! and most successes ive seen on here people have heard from her within the next month of sending request. whats going on??? anyone here send to her and have it take a longer time than usual? i sent SASE LOR and a couple photos and used address in database. with correct postage etc. help please

This shouldn't be posted here, because it's not a failure until you recieve something from her, such as an RTS or your photos back unsigned.

Not sure how old you are - but from the sounds of it you're young - and a lot of the young collectors need to realize patience is the key to this hobby, you need to be patient. Celebrities are busy, and cannot always get to their letters. Your letter may have been replaced, or is in the bottom of the stack. Just because some people get a quick response does not mean you are going to get the same. If you don't hear from her in a few months, send her another letter. The key is being patient and not to over react.

first of all im 18 yrs old! not young at all second im fairly new to this hobby thirdly i know i need patience but its hard sometimes so please cut me some slack. you shouldnt cut people down so quick your reply to me did sound a bit rude and impatient. thats the feel i got from it anyway. you need to sound more nice in your posts. thank you.

18 is still young. & I was giving you advice. If you don't want to take it by all means - don't. But posting all freaked out because you haven't gotten a reply yet from someone just clogs up the Feedback forum and the admin will end up putting it in the 'trash' forum, anyways. My post sounded impatient? That doesn't even make sense.

I don't need to sound "more nice" in any of my posts, because I wasn't being rude. You asked for an answer & I gave you one. Whether or not you took it the wrong way - that's your problem. Anyone else on this forum would have told you the same thing I did.

I agree with vivalakayla. I don't think you're really fit for this type of hobby, seeing as YOU, not kayla, is so impatient. When you get a RTS or a note saying she doesn't sign or something, then you can call it a failure. Just because yours is taking a little longer doesn't mean its a failure, you just need to calm down and wait. In august I sent a request to Ron Paul, and it took over 3 months to get a response while for others it only took a week or 2 to get something from him.

And judging by your responses to vivalakayla, you're the one that sounds rude, impatient, and you sure don't sound 18 lol.

I never saw her respond quick. She took like 6 months for me. If your worried bout it, then i agree with everyone else this hobby is not good for you. If i know for a fact that the request i sent to is a valid address with recent successes i dont worry about it.
