Email Successes?

Unread post by alex140799 »

Sorry is this is in the wrong spot. :oops:
I don't have a whole lot of time to buy envelopes, print out pics, etc. so I do prefer to email celebs for autographs. Would anyone who has had a success through emailing a celeb please post? Thank you! I have had a success through Mark Salling, and I am waiting on quite a few others. The rest of the emails I have sent are through SFM. Please help me expand my autograph collection!
P.S-If you are happy to do so, I would appreciate any emails that are PM'd to me! Maybe we can trade!

I'm probably going to bashed upon by all the other people who get into tiffs about emails, but we really can't posts lists of people or their emails because their's others on here who just request autographs because they know they'll get a reply, even if they aren't fans. and that's not right. It only ruins the fun for people who are fans and it makes the celebrities mad when their inboxes get bombarded with tons of requests and most don't last long as they quickly start rejecting any requests that come in if it gets to be too much for them to handle.

If you don't have time to buy supplies, then I guess your only other options would be to either buy signed photos to begin with or only collect in-peson. & you should only write to people your a fan of, not just request them to expand your collection. Collect for the right reasons. {up}

DUE TO MY BUSY WORK SCHEDULE OUTSIDE OF AUTOGRAPH COLLECTING & INCREASING SPAMMING ISSUES I CAN NO LONGER GIVE OUT OR LOOK UP VIA VENUE OR EMAIL ADDRESSES. TOO MANY 'FANS' WITH THE WRONG COLLECTING MOTIVES ON HERE KEEP ABUSING THESE TYPES OF ADDRESSES AND END UP SELLING THE SIGNED ITEMS LATER ON FOR PROFIT {down}

All right then, but I do collect for the right reasons, and I do send mail, and I only send requests to people I am fans of. Do you want me to delete this topic? How do I delete it?
Thanks,
Alex

Hey alex, dont expect anyone for help as they wont help out. I posted the same thing a while ago and it was just people telling me that they wont share because they want to hog all the celebs but keep on trying to get some. Oh and the point of this place is to be really stingy and not share with nobody. I would help but im not that experienced and stuff. My first auto was from judge judy and it was an email request. idk if you want it. But ill try helping as much as possible. :D But there will be a time when they will want an adress from you... GOOD LUCK FINDING MORE EMAILS..

Thank you! I have found that a lot of people on this site don't like sharing or trading addresses, just gloating about their successes! PM'ing is safe, so I though that people would help me through that but they still say it is still in risk of being spammed. I do love collecting autographs, and I only do so because I love celebrities, and I only send to ones whom I admire. Thanks for your help jrodriguez!
P.S- I emailed Judge Judy last week, I really hope I get a reply! Did you send via the feedback section on her website? Congratz on your success
Visit my website please! (I only made it today hahaha)

Couldn't have put it better myself. Not a single decent person on this forum that anyone should expect would help someone out with an email address. Some of the autographs for sale on this forum are free emails successes people got as well. So they want to profit off something they didn't pay for but claim others are doing it.

Sometimes you are asked by the person to not give out the e-mail. I got a success from Rory McIlroy this way, and the person I e-mail contacted me about taking the information down because she was getting more requests than she could cope with.

So it's not always about people wanting the addresses for themselves. I have had kind people on this site confirm an e-mail for me as well as help me find another, so don't lump everyone into the same boat :)
