I ask because I want something from her even a PrePrint is okay with me but someone on here told me that she doesn't write back now because she's on the middle of writing her new book. And if I want a preprint do I still have to send $5 us dollars in the envelope for stamps? Thanks!

I know you wrote this in March, but I didn't know if you were still interested....
Anyway, when I wrote to J.K. Rowling she returned my photograph unsigned and I got this letter back:

I just wanted to say that I sadly received the same letter a couple of months ago. I also tried back in 2007 and got a similar one to this. I still hope she will start answering fanmail in the near future!
