Rod Carew....There must be something wrong here....

Hello
Went to Rod Carew's website today and went to the store page and all of the signed photos had the same printed or autopen signature on it and he was charging big bucks for em....anyone gotten him TTM lately?

I emailed him the other day and got a Preprint photo.. still a neat photo but..
It was this one..
I will not pay 500.00 to get a signed jersey from him when Stan Musial is only $200 for a signed jersey...

Yes that would be cool. I have his home address....dont know if that would help.
The time magazine photo looks just like the one there selling on his site as autographed.....for $70.00.

All of the photo examples he has on his site are for demonstration only...which are probably pre-printed. If you were to order a signed photo, poster, ball or whatever...it would be the genuine autograph.
Rod does not sign TTM...so no need to even try.

sent an email this morning requesting an auto, and got a reply telling me that they can be purchased off the store...
Looks like that's the only way to get him

He's pretty good in person at Angel games but hasn't signed TTM in many years. Too bad for non so-cal collectors.

I stood near Rod and his wife in Cooperstown and had ice cream at the same time.
He would not sign for me and my two friends. We asked on the street and he said if he signed for us, he would have to sign for everyone.
Nobody recognized him but us.
It is fortunate that he signs at Angels games.
I got him Rochester, NY a few years ago at a free signing.
