Has anyone contcated wrestlers by writing to them via venue

by writing to them via venue? they are in a different city eery night but has anyone tried to write to them and ask them for thier autograph. both raw and smackdown are coming to my town and i was wondering if i should send out letters and sase to a couple of them. if anyone has tried this plz let me know.
