Do the OUAT cast get the letter right away or is it stocked?

Please, I wanted to know more specifically about the Once Upon a Time cast, do the actors get their fan mail right away as soon as it arrives there or is it kept somewhere/stocked for some time before they give them to the actors? Cause I've been reading some feedbacks and some of them got their replies in a month and some in 4 months. Not worried about how long I'm gonna have to wait for a repy, just worried if they're even gonna get it in time.
