Hey, I sent a SAE off to the (confirmed) Rik Mayall fanmail address in early June 2012 to arrive in time for November 2012, but it's nearly April 2013 and no response? I know the longest he's taken to reply to someone on the forum feedback before is 9 months but it's been over 9 1/2 months for me! SO: is there any way to chase this up?? It was for my sister's 21st birthday, I'd like it before she's 22......

There's no rule when it comes to collecting autographs. Responses can take days, or YEARS. Your request may be lost, Rik may have a backlog of fan mail, he may not have collecting fan mail in a while..there are endless explanations. Chances of you getting a response to a follow-up to find out what's happened to it are slim to none, celebrities get thousands of letters a week.
