Long Island Ducks (Independent league baseball team)

For all of you Long Islanders out there I need your help. I live in Massapequa Park which is about 20 minutes away from the Ducks stadium which is in Central Islip. Does anybody know if LI Duck players sign through the mail? Mainly the ones who used to play MLB like Ian Snell, Vlad Guerrero, Ray Navarette. I know there is a difference between Independent ball and MLB but does anybody know if this players sign if I send it to the stadium? Also for any other independent league teams like the Somerset Patriots, Lancaster Barnstormers, York Revoltuion does anybody from these teams sign?

I've gotten Ducks players with MLB ties in the past TTM (Chuck Carr, John Halama, Pat Mahomes, Bill Pulsipher).

But, as with any team, it depends on the player.
