I see that you are brand new to this hobby. I am also relatively new since I have only been collecting since about November 2012 and I have amassed about 50 autographs from various baseball, football, government and TV personnel. I am not positive if Bumgarner does or does not sign ttm but the best thing to do is to just try. I would send it to AT & T Park and just wait. You may get it back in 1 week or you may never get it back but all in all this hobby is all about taking risks so I would do it.

I plan on mailing him soon too. I hope he would sign, but I would say it is best to mail a card you have a number of, or dont care as much about and hope for the best. I plan on sending it c/o San Francisco Giants.
