Is Jim Carrey Always a Jerk?

Sent a Letter/2 pics/SASE to Jim Carrey at the address in the Data base got my pictures back, in my SASE with no signature on them?? What was the point of sending them back to me if they were not going to be signed? Anyone else have this issue?
