HELP David Tennant

Hi, I wanted to send fanmail to David Tennant, Could you kinda help me? I went on his website and it said you do not need to send any photos of David because he will send one himself. Did u do that? And about the envelopes and stuff. Could you kind of tell me how to send it step my step?
