Is Kenny Baker (R2-D2 from Star Wars) still signing TTM ?

I know his health is poor and no longer makes appearances
at conventions in the United States but I heard he will sign TTM
if you include a payment and a return envelope/package.

But, I was just told that he stopped signing TTM recently.
Is that true ? Because I noticed someone here on the
Fanmail.biz message boards got their photo signed
and received it earlier this month.

I sent to him last July and received a reply within 30 days. Doesn't hurt to at least try!
