Robert Pattinson Autograph?

Alright, so now I know I don't have to pay for the David Tennant autograph ( 
) just the postage, I want to know for Robert Pattinson too? Do I have to pay for the autograph or just the postage?
If the answer is no, I don't have to pay for the autograph, just the postage, is this for all autographs? Cause I also want to get Matt Smith, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Baker, Martin Freeman, Peter Capaldi, etc. Do I only have to pay for the postage and not the autograph. Desperate to know, thanks.
