You seem to be overly anxious and impatient. The longest I've had to wait for a response was from the late actress Kathryn Grayson, which took an incredible SIX YEARS!!

you need to realize that sending to someone is a calculated gamble, that sometimes pays great dividends but sometimes you might not get it back.

I waited 4 years for Hillary Clinton. I had already ok'd it through her senate staff as it was already in person signed by Jerry and Betty Ford Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter and Al and Tipper Gore. I called many times as they had missplaced it. They finally found it thankfully I had it in a photo folder with my name and address phone # on the back. When the staff member called they assured me it was handsigned. And it was unfortunaley I asked them a favor if they could have Bill Clinton sign it too so I wouldnt have to mail it back out and his was an autopen. I did get it back though.

Be patient! Sometimes successes take a while. I heard back from Ken Berry a few years ago, but the response took over 4 months.

I sent an autograph request to Ken Berry on February 21st, 2014 (same address as you), no response yet. The longest response time I've had yet was from Bernard Fox, almost 10 months. Don't give up hope yet.

Good luck to both of you on your request to Ken. He's a great actor!

What takes a few days or a few weeks for one person can be a few months or even a few years for another. Nothing is guaranteed, especially when people are doing us a favor by signing stuff. They can be busy with family, on vacation, or whatever... or they may just one day up and quit signing. Or your item may have gotten misplaced anywhere along the way. It's happened. (I've had one hard signer I contacted by email tell me OK, send the item, and that was a year and a half ago and I still haven't seen it.)
I like (again) collecting autographs by mail because my job hours are such that I'm home when the mail arrives, and it's always a thrill: Do I get one my envelopes back? No? Well, maybe then tomorrow. And then the wait begins again as well as the anticipation that today may be "the day."
Don't like waiting, autograph collecting is not the hobby to be in. Even in-person, there's waiting in lines, and even then it's not guaranteed (due to line caps, the person taking a break) until the signature is on your item. Period.
