I know awhile back they said if you send to the Via Venue address the actors wouldn't be signing. Is this still true?

I contacted raleigh studios through twitter and facebook and got no reply from them. I'm getting ready to send out a batch of requests and would like to know which address is better to send to for the better response. anyone have any info at all?
