Is this address still up to date. (San Francisco 49ers)

Dear whoever reads this,
Back in May this year, 2014 I sent in a letter requesting a picture autographed by the San Francisco 49ers players to give to my father for his anniversary and I have yet to receive it. So is your address still up to date because I have not gotten this letter back yet and I'm getting worried that it won't come at all. His anniversary is next month September , 2014 so if I could get some kind of notification saying if it's coming or not that would be greatly appreciated because I get my hopes up everyday that I check the mail and it isn't there. Thank you.
