Question about Chris O'Dowd feedback sucess

Hi sorry if this isn't a very formal letter, I'm very new at this. I plan on requesting a signed autograph from Chris O'Dowd. I was just wondering if anyone has used his current fan mail address and had any success from it? or have any tips on reaching him! It would mean a lot. Thanks so much!
