I would please like advice out there for sending to him ttm. First off I'm not sure if it's true or not but I read somewhere that he had surgery and does less ttm. Second sending overseas without SSAE is a risk. Any where to buy stamps? Lastly If someone wants to sell one I'm interested. Thanks

just send $5 with a letter of request to the addy in the database......he sends out his own presigned pictures but won't sign anything you send...$5 will cover postage back to the US

You can send currency so that postage can be covered. Post itself can be a risk, but you have to take a chance! I have sent overseas a lot and have received replies back
I wrote Phil last year and got a pre-signed photo! He does those and are sent from his agency
