Penn and teller autograph request help

Hey, so my boyfriend's birthday is in about a month and a half and he is a HUGE Penn and Teller fan and I was wondering if anyone knew how I can request one? I know there is an email for autograph requests on their website, but what do I say?

Here's what I sent:
Hello!
I would like to request an autograph from Penn & Teller. I understand if dedications are not an option, but if they are, could it please be made out "To Caitlin"?
Can be sent to:
Caitlin [last name]
[address]

They didn't do a dedication, because I assume they're pre-signed, but I'd just send something simple
Don't overthink these emails, they just copy and paste the address and send it out
