Snoop Dogg, from Italy?

Hi, what do you think about sending a vinyl 12" disc to Snoop Dogg's address asking for get it back signed?
The Vinyl is from 1999, so I'm not sure to risk a damege shipping it...
I'm from Italy and post service here is not much safe, how is it in the USA? And it should be really expensive right?
Maybe saving the shipping money I can pay a concert ticket in Milan and try to get it there...don't know...
What do you suggest?
