The Waking Dead Via Venue closing letters

I sent out a letter to Andrew Lincoln at the end of September to the Walking dead studio address. I haven't got a reply yet and I'm wondering what happens to the mail they are not able to reply to after they have wrapped up filming? Any answers?

Sent to him and the others at the beginning of September, didn't get anything back either.
Only Steven Yeun replied yet.
