Nick Bateman Autopraph

Hi everyone! 
My BFF is a huge fan of Nick Bateman, a Canadian model/actor. Her birthday is in June, so I've been thinking of getting a signed picture of Nick. But I've never tried getting on autograph from a celebrity before and I would like to know, if anyone has had a success using his address (487 Adelaide Street). Does he answer his fanmail?
