I sent an email to James Grant management a few days ago about getting the Hairy Bikers' autograph. Today I got a email reply from James Grant saying to send a SAE through the post.
Should I do the SAE or try a different email address?

If you were told to send an envelope then there's no reason to disbelieve them, good luck with your request.
