The Who c/o Key Arena

I sent a letter to my all time favorite band The Who c/o the Key Arena in Seattle, WA and I was wondering if anyone thinks I have a shot or if anyone else has ever had a success from the Key Arena before. I got this email from a lady there that said

This really didn't give me a great clue as to if she would even forward it but I was just wondering.
