I've had sucess with AnnaSophia Robb. I got a personally signed photo, she supplied photo, envelope, and postage. It took about 4-5 months. (Sent in October, got in January)
I did the CED address, but I think Mitchell Gossett works better

It's a little note, she apoligized for how long it took for a signed picture!
And CED and Mitchell Gossett do work more than GEM, I'm assuming

I recieved an autograph from her using the CESD (cunningham escott slevin & doherty) address in Ca.
She sent an autographed winn dixie photo
