Any luck with Rascal Flatts?

Has anyone had luck getting Rascal Flatts. I used the address found on this site. Its been over 7 months with no response. I know it may take a year or more, or I may never get a respone. I couldn't find any feedback on anyone getting it, so I thought I would ask here. If you have had luck getting an autograph, please let me know what address you used.

I didn't use a address. I emailed the fanclub and they forwarded my email to their management office. I just have to wait and see if I do get one. I'll let you know if I have any luck.
