I wrote him via his contact info here on Fanmail a long time ago but without any luck
I am not sure he actually signs TTM.

ok thanks for letting me know, its just you read on here some people have and some people dont get replies, i thought i might give it a try and see if i will get a reply back

Someone mentioned a success using an old address, but that person thought it was secretarial.
