You must be new to the TTM hobby if you think it is a fail. It has only been four months since you sent your request - I hardly consider that a 'fail.' There's never a precise time frame of when they will respond back. Receiving a response can take months, sometimes even years. I have had responses come in after almost a year worth of waiting, while some people didn't get their stuff back until 6 years later. If every collector had your type of attitude, there would be no hope for answers. Have patience & don't give up! It's only a "fail" if you receive an RTS!

Indeed, there are many reasons why a person's signature return time can vary. In two instances, the Post Office took a month (!) to send a photo to me from the West Coast to East Coast - no idea where it had been in all that time. They may be busy; they may do autographs only once or twice a year. This is a hobby for patience, not immediate gratification.
