Beyonce/ Lionel Richie vv?

has anybody had success with any of these via venue before?
1st welcome to the forum!
I tried to Lionel Richia via Hannover Venue and i got a letter from the hall he was in. They wrote that he was to busy to write autographs and read his fanmails!!
