I'm getting ready to write to him again - I already wrote to him once at the 4814 Lemona Avenue, Sherman Oaks address (Jeff Ballard PR), without success, so I'm trying to get him to sign from a different venue.

Also, would anyone know if he needs something to sign, or if he has some photos on hand?

no, I haven't gotten any autographs from him but I think you should definetely include a photo. If you don't a lot of celebrities have PP photos that aren't authentic. Like when I did Mitchel Musso I included a photo so he signed. He also included his own photo, that was a PP. I think you should always include a photo unless someone had an authentic success for that person without sending a photo.
