You probably already checked this, but there have been no reported successes using that address, nor any other addresses of his. There have been 2 RTS's though.
If you tried the Creative Artists Address, then you could be the first to recieve something! That's always fun

Hayden Christensen, unfortunately, doesn't sign TTM or VV. Haven't heard of him signing at all, unless you happen to pay and meet him at a convention.

probably the second one, because its to an agent or something instead of just to the company.
