I haven't tried that address, but to answer your other question, you can write the zip code as
EITHER 90060-3303
OR 90060.
The 9-digit one is just more specific, but really, there is not a big difference.
Either way, your letter will still get there

i got my autograph back from miley at that address, and so did someone else from this site.. She did take about 6 months though

miley's secratry signs your name and she signs hers. And thats the whole zip
